It took them a while to deliver my drink, I guess because they were training and the orders were put together, but when you go up to the top they have everything very clean and there is good space to enjoy your order.

It was a nice place to go to have my coffee, I don't go to this branch very often but I got the impression that they serve a lot of people. I arrived at the place early and everything was clean, the service was good and fast. It is the only branch I know of in Toluca that has two bathrooms, both for men and women. You can go up to the first level and it is quieter than the ground floor.
The facilities are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and serves you quickly, the drinks are delicious, especially the ones with chocolate; they really taste like chocolate. The staff there are polite and treat you very cordially. It's air-conditioned, so it's not too hot inside.
I really like the service of Starbucks, clean restroom, nice staff. I love the cold brew, Americano espresso, flat white and Matcha latte. Cannot say anything about the sweet variety or teas because I am a black and espresso coffee lover.
The cafeteria is spacious and comfortable, the Internet is high speed and the toilets are clean despite being one for both sexes.

A typical, run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Good service, the boy who took my order was very friendly and respectful. If you go to this place early like 8 am you have to be patient because the place fills up and they have a lot of orders and that's why they sometimes take too long.
